Virus Checking

In a perfect world we would not have to worry about such irritating and dangerous things as Computer Viruses. The reality is that we are all vulnerable to an infestation at virtually anytime.

As the use of MailRules involves the moving of files of many different types it is essential that you have an active virus checker operating on your system at all times to minimise the risk of an infection.

The MailRules team does not endorse any one Anti-Virus checking program but we do urge you to ensure that you have one operating. At startup MailRules will scan your system and see if it can identify a working virus checker. If it is unable to detect one you will receive a message that includes links to the sites of some of the worlds best selling Anti-Virus software.
