Allow Remote Technical Support |
Selecting this will allow access to your MailRules installation by our technical staff should you encounter difficulties that are unable to be resolved in any other manner. In this scenario the only information that we will receive is detailed in the EULA under the heading "What we learn about you". The information will allow us to accurately diagnose any problems and effect a solution as quickly and painlessly as possible. | |
MailRules Administrator |
If a MailRules administrator has been set for your installation than you will see their name or pseudonym here. | |
Unlock Password |
To prevent anyone from changing your MailRules settings on a given client you can lock the program by specifying an unlock password. Should anyone want to change the settings, when opening MailRules they will be prompted for the password to allow access. You can set an Unlock Password by selecting the checkbox and entering a password in the field provided. | |
Atomic Clock |
This facility will allow MailRules to set the time on your machine with the Internet-based US Navy Atomic clock. This is particularly useful if you are using Surefire Delivery. Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that using this feature will ensure that your system clock is accurate to the second. MailRules is not specialised synchronisation software, it will only update your system clock if it is more than 60 seconds inaccurate. | |
