Here you can specify what actions, if any, to take in the event of an error occuring during MailRules processing.

Using these options, it is possible for MailRules to send you e-mail notification of errors - although obviously if your SMTP connection is down or your modem (dialup connection) has failed, this may be impossible. To ensure the best possible availability of information to you, you can specify that an e-mail be sent informing the recipient of the error condition, and in addition to that you may opt to run an external command - in a network environment running the command NET SEND can send a message to a particular logon.
