The MailRules address book is a separate list of addresses that should be maintained for use exclusively with your MailRules community and especially with the construction of Advanced Outbound Rules. The MailRules team encourages the building of an exclusive MailRules Address book as this will also store the passwords associated with the addresses used in Advanced Outbound Rules.
From here you can also access your other e-mail address books and select names to add to your MailRules Address Book.
The Address Book contains many features of other address books however the addition of the properties tab to the top level view allows you to immediately ascertain details and, where necessary, the passwords you have assigned to Advanced Rules for that recipient.

This is the area that you record the individual details of those people that you want to include in your MailRules Address Book including the passwords assigned to allow access to their machine for Advanced Rules.
Distribution lists allow you to assemble groups of persons and refer to them as one entity. You cannot include one distribution list inside another.
Distribution lists are designated by the group icon next to the Address Book entry.
