Here you indicate to whom your Outbound Rule (e-mail) is to be addressed. As can be seen in the diagram below, this interface is similar to the one you are already familiar with from sending e-mail through your existing mail client: There is support for direct e-mail recipients (To:), courtesy-copy (Cc:) and Blind Courtesy-Copy (Bcc:); a Subject for the e-mail may be entered, as can normal message text. There are also many other more advanced features available, please refer to the table below for a full explanation of the available options.

These buttons will open up the MailRules Address Book and you may select your message recipients from there. Alternatively, you can type e-mail address directly into any of the three fields. Note that multiple e-mail addresses must be separated by a semi-colon (;). |

This button allows you to select a 'flag' to be inserted into your Subject line: You can select between the current Date (in format YYYYMMDD), the Date & Time (in format YYYYMMDDHHmm) or the name of the first file attachment being transmitted. You may combine this flag with any other text that you type into the Subject line. Subject is only available with Standard Rules as Advanced Rules transmit important data in the Subject line. |

Only available for Rules that do not have scheduled sending times, when you Send a Rule you will be re-prompted for the recipients and can select alternative recipients if required. Any reselection of recipients you make is not saved. |

If you are sending to multiple direct (To:) recipients selecting this option will generate an individual message for each recipient, giving the illusion of personalisation of your message. If you use a Mail Merge, this option is selected automatically. |
