Here you can save the body of the e-mail to file, with a variety of options:

Option |
Description |
Save body text as a file |
This will save the body text of the messages processed by this Rule to a file name you specify. The files will be in plain text format and can be viewed with Windows Notepad or any other text editor. You can specify a complete Path including drive letter and directory information or just a filename. If you do not specify a directory or alias where the messages are to be saved, the files will be saved in the Attachment File Directory specified in the Storage pane. |
Date/Time |
When clicked, you can choose between Date and Date & Time. When the file is written, the current date or date/time will be used to create a filename. |
Autoincrement Filename |
If set, the file name will be automatically asigned a unique number. These numbers will not neccessarily be sequential (as the first available combination of filename+number will be used), but this will allow unique identification of each message. If the sequence of the messages is important, the Date/Time option button is more appropriate to use. |
Save Message 'header' details |
The message body will be prefixed by the following details of the e-mail: From: <the person who sent the message> Sent: <the message datestamp> To: <the addressee of the message> Subject: <the subject of the message>
