Using a Standard Outbound Rule, you can schedule the transmittal of data to Recipients as a regular e-mail message. Your recipients can either process this data with their existing Mail Client or use MailRules Inbound Rules.
With an Advanced Outbound Rule, you (as the Sender of the message) control what happens to the transmitted data at the Receiving end. An Advanced Outbound Rule encapsulates all the functionality of an Inbound Rule that tells the receiving MailRules what actions to perform with the data you transmit: the Recipient of your message does not have to take any action - it is all done for them by MailRules.

To transmit an Advanced Rule, the recipient must have provided you with their MailRules Advanced Rule password (Settings - General) and ideally you should have created an Address Book entry for them.
